Had a lovely meal here.A big menu and good wine selection. we had the Lambada chicken & Nasi Goring. Both meals wonderful. Stephany was amazing front of house & waitressing too. A great place and would highly recommend. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Chives Restaurant:
For a remote restaurant, I can say that food is quite good and abundant for a good price. The only thing that I'm not sure if is characteristic of this place is the frequent interruption we got from the waitresses in terms of asking if we already finished, even when our dish was still half full and we were in the middle of a conversation... Great varied menu. Four of us had different selections and all meals were delicious. Service was good and a very enjoyable evening. Found the pork crispy pork belly particularly good and 'crackled'.
Over priced, rarely delivered hot. Total money grab of a set up. Been here 6 years and spent thousands with them, Chives don't deserve anymore than a 1 star rating. Appreciate the refund for this one instance, however potential customers need be advised of factual outcomes and unfortunately due to frequented negative experiences, I will not purchase anything from Chives until the town consensus and positive google reviews pick up. Super expensive. Mediocre. Better to seek other options.
