Forney doesn't have any good chinese places in my opinion and this place is worth the drive. They are friendly when you call and pick up your order. I found my new chinese spot! I just hope it stays this way.

Each and everytime we have ordered from Chef Chen their dishes are delicious! Some of our favorites which are pictured below. Cathay Combo, which has a fantasticvariety of chicken, beef, shrimp and veggies all in a flavorful brown sauce. General Tso's chicken...crispy fried chicken in awonderfully spicy sauce and last but not least chicken lettuce wraps... Minced chicken, water chestnuts accompanied with awonderful dipping or pour on soy style sauce with generous portion of lettuce leaves to wrap the chicken. We have been going toChef Chen for years and we have tried other places but NONE can compare. Casual, reasonable and always delicious!!!

When we picked up the food, the restaurant was dead and the workers were sitting at a table chatting getting ready forthe dinner rush later in the day (it was still lunch time) Food: The honey sear shrimp combination rice were mediocre atbest. The orange chicken tasted the best out of everything. They did not give us any utensils or napkins. I would not suggestnor would I go here again
