Chili's Grill - Rowlett

On Friday at 9 a.m., we sat fast. The service was fast and the food was delicious, no problems noticed. Fits through the device on the table, allowing it to run out so easily and quickly.

They are short staffed but they are getting it done . We sat at the bar today . Found out the bartender walked out just minutes before we arrived . I didn't get the name of our replacement bartender server but she was total Rockstar service to everyone in that bar area ! Yall better give that girl some maternity leave when her baby arrives in September! I call it like I see it and that girl was carrying that place today !

If I didn't give stars. I went to dinner last night and the server needed a long time to get our DRINKS. should have been a red flag, but we drive 20 minutes after our drinks. 50 minutes passed and I notice how everyone comes and gets their food, and our food doesn't come out. The server during the 50 minutes did not even come to the table to check for us. I asked another server about our food as our server was talking to other co-workers who are careless. Come to find out the server never placed the order!! Then our server comes to the table and told my system his glitching and the order didn't get process. Didn't even apologize, the manager showed up. I brought my family to another place for dinner. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Very disappointed about the treatment we have received. It won't go again.

Visited 9/15/22 @7pm for dinnerWish I would have asked our server for her name because she was extremely friendly and had amazing service! This is how a restaurant should be run! The guy seating us was extremely nice and the food was perfect with zero mistakes. We had a group of 9 with 5 children and they handled us without a problem! Management here must be top notch!

Chili is underestimated. You have a lot of things on the menu I enjoy. The restaurant is clean. Sometimes I have to be patient with the service, but this is how things are nowadays where places are under occupation. I really enjoy going to Chili. I signed up for her reward program to get free chips and salsa. Your chips are as I like them. I eat more than I eat in the restaurant, but I always enjoy it.
