Description
Our food philosophy at The Cellar Kitchen is inspired by the land and people around us, showcasing ingredients from local Barossan and South Australian farmers. We aim to create dishes that are not only delicious, but also provide insight into the region and the hard work of our food producers. We use the whole animal, all parts of the crop, and make our own breads, cheeses, olives, and oils in house. From house-cured meats to pickled ingredients, our menu is a reflection of our commitment to utilizing local, seasonal ingredients with care and creativity.

The restaurant had a welcoming, relaxed, and beautiful atmosphere at sunset. Our server, Zac, was friendly and provided excellent service. The steak was delicious, but the chicken was a bit dry. The creme brulee was average. Despite a few minor flaws, we had a nice evening overall.
The stunning views of the hills provide the perfect backdrop for enjoying locally sourced, freshly cooked food that is prepared to perfection. Ideal for a romantic evening out or a special birthday celebration.
The meals were as hoped for, tasty, beautiful, made me feel special on Valentine's Day. View was magnificent, service was genuine and kind and happy. Don't follow the maps, got taken the b ack way across crappy dirt roads only to find out the bitumen road was quicker on the way home :-D It was out first time there and the views were a dream spot for me. I'm inclined to check out their accommodation for our next visit.
