When... read more We decided to stay and order, but our waitress misled us about being unable to light our flambé outside, even though they did it for the table next to us. When we confronted her about this, she lied again, claiming it was the manager's orders. Yet, once she was inside, we could see her laughing. This was truly the worst experience we've had in such a beautiful city. While I don't usually jump to conclusions regarding discrimination, I cannot find any other explanation for her behavior.

When we confronted her about this inconsistency, she lied again, saying it was the manager's orders. However, once she went inside, we saw her laughing, which left us feeling frustrated and disrespected. Overall, this was the worst experience we’ve had in such a beautiful city. While I'm usually hesitant to attribute such behavior to racism, I can't help but feel there was no valid explanation for the treatment we received.
