This was my friends special lunch for a family event so I know she would have talked to the restaurant in advance so I was really disappointed for her with the... read more This was my friends special lunch for a family event so I know she would have talked to the restaurant in advance so I was really disappointed for her with the quality of service provided and attention to detail.The ambiance was lovely with a gas fire, although got quite toasty if you were sat in front. A long table was set up with petals scattered down the middle, simple but effective.Food was delicious. Garlic bread and bruschetta for entre followed by 2 different pastas and platters of veal and chicken parmigiana with crunchy roast potatoes, green beans and salad. Staff were friendly and helpful but just not on the ball. Had to follow up about a cake table, extra chairs, clearing plates away, getting coffee orders wrong. Overall all small details but added up to the whole experience that could have made the lunch so much smoother!

We arriv... read more I'm not usually one to leave a review unless the experience is truly amazing, or extremely disappointing, unfortunately in this case it was the latter. We arrived to find that they could not find our booking but this was sorted out and we were given a table.I appreciate that this Mothers Day service is extremely busy, but they shoudn't be accepting bookings if they cannot handle it!Coffee and teas arrived at room temperature making it hard to drink. We had to flag down our waiter several time in order to get his attention. But the biggest disappointment was the food. The banana pancakes were stodgy and doughy, even the kids wouldn't touch them! I noticed there were lots of plates of pancakes sitting untouched. If a restaurant can't get something as simple as pancakes right, you know it can only be downhill for the rest of the menu. Sadly that was the case.Food had no flavour and seemed rush and slapped together. The corn and zucchini fritters were basically pancake dough with bits of corn thrown in, no seasoning and difficult to swallow. This was the first we went to Pandora's and it will definitely be the last. It literally left a bad taste in our mouth!

The food wa... read more I decided to visit on a whim Saturday night, and even though the restaurant was bustling with two events happening, they managed to find us a table. The food was delicious, but the standout aspect of the evening was the service. The staff, despite their busyness, were all smiles, friendly, and incredibly helpful! They truly made the night enjoyable, and I will definitely return!

The service was excellent that evening, and Tracey and her team were accommodating with our menu preferences. Thank you for that! All our guests had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the food. I will definitely be back!
