$20.47 bought a 3 meat plate (Turkey, Jalapeno cheddar sausage, moist end of the brisket) with 2 sides (pinto beans and Mac 'n cheese) and 2 bottles of water. Later we went back and bought the peach Cobbler and banana pudding for an additional $6.50. The brisket is up there with the best in Texas, and the sausage is not only good, but packs more warmth than any we have elsewhere (and that's a lot). The turkey is especially in our judgment one of the 3 best in the state, and Top ten nationwide. The pinto beans are excellent, but consider the pepper jacket centered Mac 'n cheese must try. We found the Cobbler a bit dry, but the banana pudding is delicious and smooth... a good finish. Very recommended.

I'm not exaggerated when I say this is the best grill I've ever had! The bride was phenomenal. Perfectly seasoned, falling apart and smokey. Pork ribs were perfect. Collard Greens, Mac and Cheese and Pinto Beans were amazing. My wife and I have two plates each with two meats and we couldn't eat it all. I just finished the remains and it asked me to write this review. We drove over an hour from Houston and we will definitely be back. I suppose it was the owner who served us and he was very nice. He gave us some extra burnt ends! My wife also loved the homemade pickles. It is a small, family-run place with plastic panels and utensils. I'm originally from Louisiana and we just can't grill so well. Can't wait to go back!

WOW!!! This place has one of the best brisket I've ever had. My staff and I were from Dallas for a job and this place was recommended by a gentleman in the business we worked on. My employee had the Mac n cheese for one of his pages and said it was amazing. I didn't get it. Her pulled pork is also excellent and the Jalapeno cheddar sausage is slighyly about averave but everything in all meals was perfect.

Best Brisket in Brenham. Perhaps even throughout the state, but this is another debate for another time. Cooked perfectly cut with the fork, but still moist, not dry at all. A great balance between the salty rub and smoke flavors. Pulled pork was great with a good smokey taste. Your Mac and cheese is a jalapeño mac that was a very pleasant and tasty surprise. You have children's meals (PBJ, Grilled Cheese, or Hot Dog) for very cheap prices and the owner gave the children free ice that won us over. We'll be back when we're in town.

Spectacular brisket. Was falling apart! Will definitely return here. Sausage is great too.
