Know that you have to question yourself and think a little. Perhaps there was a mistake, but instead of saying aggressively “I don’t care if I have x euros in money,” be respectful. Especially since in the end you had to make us money and not we who paid you the said x euros that they stayed to settle ... The velvet... read more This may seem simplistic but I ate a roast of fake beef filet cooked perfectly with a homemade pepper sauce and fries neither too fat nor too salty. The velvet entrance was also perfect and what to say from the desert that worked chocolate between foam, cream and cake. All for 20€. The service was quick and pleasant. Glass with wine more than correct. That's why I like to go to the restaurant. A very good memory of my stay in Rouen.

We then returned a noon to eat and even balance: the plates are generous and the value for money is perfect.
