Very good galettes and cider.Helpful, efficient staff.Good choice of crepes and galettes made with buckwheat). All the outside tables were full but happy to sit inside.Several of our party went for the crepe of the day which had a cheese, andouille, potato filling.Others opted for the four cheese option.Good cider and coffee. This was open on a Sunday for lunch and dinner.
We enjoyed sitting outside on a warm Saturday evening watching the kids play, adults play bocce and the world go by. An ok sider (Demi sec, next time we will try the Brut) followed by way too many choices of exquisite salty and sweet crepes. I chose The sant Amand from the former, quite good and La caramela from the second, also exceptional . Service was courteous and fast
We ordered two crepes, wine and a cider. We loved the food, it was very good prepared and tasty. The wine was fine though not what we expected and the cider was refreshing. The staff was friendly. It is not the best looking space but it is very welcoming place.
This place is located in the centre of Rouen, so the location is very good. Also, the venue is ok, with the best tables outside. However, there are not so many tables outside and the restaurant is very busy. The crepes are quite inexpensive as a food and these one are just a bit more expensive than average in Rouen (eg., 12 Euro instead of 10 Euro). So the price is ok, a standard complete crepe with egg, cheese, and ham costs 7.5 Euro The quality of food is ok, pretty average honestly. The main problem we faced was with the service, they served crepes that were different from what we ordered, they were not so friendly, and the bill included a drink that we never ordered. So, I'm conclusion it is pretty touristic, crowded, and average in service and food. The location is very good.
