we went there after we tried several other caffes without sukze, but on arribal they were all from the food (I think it was somewhere around 2 pm, not sure) so that was very dissapointing! in frankreich it seems more normal to serve lunch also up to a certain hour, so note that. (this is not common in the lowlands where we come from, there are food available throughout the day.) View all feedback.
For the third time, only for hot drinks, nice service and great hot chocolate and Chai Tee Latté. Still veggie lunch that is easy to veganize. Enjoyed our time here and had the advocado toast if we hadn't eaten here the second time. The coffees are fantastic with carefully selected beans roasted in the north of France. It is not mentioned on his menu, but all drinks such as cappuccinos, latte and others can be made with oat milk. There is a vegetarian bowl available for lunch, which can be made regularly and simply vegan. This morning we hoped to have breakfast here, but the avocado toast was not available, the granola bowl served usually with non- vegan yogurt could not be changed to oat milk. It must be assumed that the shells were well prepared in advance. Updated by previous review on 2020-08-10

I’m going to Prélude since a long time and I’ve been back this lunch after several months. I’ve NEVER been disappointed by the vegetarian bowl I’ve eaten there and never had the same recipe. There are always changing their ingredients (following the seasons I guess) so you don’t get bored. It´s not an average bowl with raw food cut into pieces and rice, at Prélude it’s a nice meal cooked with perfect matches between tastes in your plate. For example this lunch it was a big onigiri with roasted sweet potatoes and eggplants with miso sauce, super yummy. Indeed people keep coming past 13:30 and there was no food left, but it feels unfair to give them a bad review because of that : it´s not frozen food, when it´s gone it’s gone, and there’s no waste. I was used to avoid desserts because it was too healthy for my taste (lack of butter), but I gave them another try today and the peanut butter brownie was very good and creamy. I can’t tell if there’s vegan options available.
