We had a great coffee and and one tasty rose pistachio cake. We were able to work from there as it was quiet. The stuff was really friendly.

I’m going to Prélude since a long time and I’ve been back this lunch after several months. I’ve NEVER been disappointed by the vegetarian bowl I’ve eaten there and never had the same recipe. There are always changing their ingredients (following the seasons I guess) so you don’t get bored. It´s not an average bowl with raw food cut into pieces and rice, at Prélude it’s a nice meal cooked with perfect matches between tastes in your plate. For example this lunch it was a big onigiri with roasted sweet potatoes and eggplants with miso sauce, super yummy. Indeed people keep coming past 13:30 and there was no food left, but it feels unfair to give them a bad review because of that : it´s not frozen food, when it´s gone it’s gone, and there’s no waste. I was used to avoid desserts because it was too healthy for my taste (lack of butter), but I gave them another try today and the peanut butter brownie was very good and creamy. I can’t tell if there’s vegan options available.

I definitely enjoyed my time here. The quality of the espresso is great, lovely staff and had some nice visitors as well

Third time, just for hot drinks, nice service and great hot chocolate and chai tea latté. Still offering veggie lunch which is easy to veganize. Enjoyed our time here and would have had thé advocado toast if we had not have eaten already Second time here. The coffees are fantastic using carefully selected beans that are roasted in the north of France. It is not mentioned on its menu, but all drinks like cappuccinos, lattes and others can be made using oat milk. There is a vegetarian bowl that is a available at lunchtimes that changes regularly and easy to be made vegan. This morning we hoped to have breakfast here, however the avocado toast was unavailable the granola bowl served usually with non vegan yogurt could not be changed to oat milk. One must assume the bowls were readily prepared in advance. Updated from previous review on 2020-08-10
