Went via Rouen to show a frien the lovely buildings Anyway not much open but came across this place and it was excellent. Friendly and welcoming staff,...couldn't do enough as one of the group coeliac They offer several options for breakfast and at to euros it's quality at a value price. Try the Ham cheese omelet it's delicious, they also have a Facebook page.

There is both indoor and outdoor dining, but on a nice day you’ll want to sit outside. They have...the menu on a chalkboard. The service is friendly and the food was pretty good. The people watching is pretty good, too. Le Central is a good place to catch lunch if you are shopping or visiting in Rouen.
