The restaurant's atmosphere felt overwhelmingly negative, and we were eager to leave. The food was only mediocre. I won't be coming back.

First of all, the owner of this establishment needs to reevaluate their staff. I visited on August 21, 2022, at 4:15 PM, and there was a line of four cars at the drive-thru, yet no one was on the radio to help us. Inside, there were about six employees present, one of whom had a baby with them, and there was even a man smoking. Meanwhile, customers were left waiting at the drive-thru. I was determined to find out what was happening, so I knocked on the drive-thru window until someone responded, only to be told they didn’t know why there was no communication. I was appalled by the sheer lack of respect for their job; they showed no interest in assisting customers. The owner really needs to address this situation and consider letting go of the staff. It’s better to close the business than to have employees who consistently embarrass it. This reflects poorly on KFC.

I... read more I called the KFC to let them know they screwed up our order. The manager was rude and said that her workers were right and we just wanted to get a free meal. I didn't even have time to explain that I didn't want a free meal, just let them know they left our Koleslaw and gave us original instead of extra crispy. This KFC was the worst experience I ever had with a fast food restaurant. Very bad attitude and in terrible customer service! The district manager should look at these workers more closely! And she hanged on me and I didn't raise my voice. It happened today at 8:15.

Wh... read more The dining area was closed, but the staff were all gathered inside. The manager’s dog was resting on a bench, and the manager was vaping in the seating area. When I asked why the dining room was closed, the manager said it was due to a staff shortage. One employee even mentioned they were going out for a smoke break. This location has a rating of 2.1, but it would probably be lower if zero ratings were allowed.
