Other times it 's... read more This Chipolte location has been hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great. Great meaning it looks and tastes like what 's pictured on the menu. Other times it 's terrible. Last night we ordered delivery and it was just bad. Pictured, is what was sold to us as a quesadilla. What it actually was, was barbacoa meat wadded up in greasy, ripped up tortilla pieces. With small bits of of other meat and rice mixed in (which was not ordered). When I receive food prepared this poorly, I get the impression that whoever prepared this meal hates their job. This has happened many times this year. So it 's likely that we will not order from this location again.

I wish I knew their names—they definitely deserve a raise. The restaurant was busy, yet the line moved quickly. Everything was just as it should be.

During a busy rush, the cashier erroneously charged me $29 when my bill was $10. They did not offer a refund nor were they available over the phone to amend the situation. I understand mistakes happen, but it is reflecting poorly of the customer service if they are not going to refund the customer for the inconvenience.
