Chipotle Mexican Grill - Roswell
Chipotle Mexican Grill
Description
This Chipotle location offers mixed experiences for diners. While the quality of food is generally praised for its freshness and flavor, concerns arise over recent changes in portion sizes and rising prices, leading customers to feel shortchanged. Service varies, with some staff displaying rudeness and inadequate training, although others are friendly and efficient. Ambiance issues, such as loud music, can detract from the dining experience. Overall, this restaurant holds potential but requires improvements in customer service and portion management to maintain its loyal customer base.

This Chipolte location has been hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great. Great meaning it looks and tastes like what 's pictured on the menu. Other times it 's terrible. Last night we ordered delivery and it was just bad. Pictured, is what was sold to us as a quesadilla. What it actually was, was barbacoa meat wadded up in greasy, ripped up tortilla pieces. With small bits of of other meat and rice mixed in (which was not ordered). When I receive food prepared this poorly, I get the impression that whoever prepared this meal hates their job. This has happened many times this year. So it 's likely that we will not order from this location again.
This is easily the most efficient Chipotle experience we've had. The two staff members helping customers and the person at the register were excellent. I wish I knew their names—they definitely deserve a raise. The restaurant was busy, yet the line moved quickly. Everything was just as it should be.
Have been coming to this location for a while. Used to get good portions, now they skimp on everything. Have to tell them to fill my bowl up otherwise it's half empty when I get it. I don't order online anymore cause they really cheat you then. Prices keep going up, but quantity is getting smaller. Almost $16 bucks for a burrito bowl and chips. Chipotle is about to lose a customer..
The food here is always consistently good. I usually order a bowl with rice and chicken, and I've enjoyed it every time. However, lately, I've noticed they've become overly strict with portion control to the point of it being ridiculous. A typical 4-ounce portion of protein often seems to be just 3 ounces. The rice is barely enough to cover the bottom of the bowl unless you specifically ask for more. Meanwhile, prices keep going up. I really appreciate the food and the values the restaurant represents, but if they want to avoid giving customers the impression that they're trying to shortchange them, they might consider being a bit more generous with their portion sizes relative to the prices.
