Went to The Fig Tree this afternoon for the first time as I don 't live nearby. I had an 'oat milk coffee with crumpets and both were really delicious. However it was the whole 'vibe ' of the place that made me want to linger and stay longer right up until closing time. The lovely décor with wooden tables, sort of Mediterranean feel and then the relaxing music just took the whole experience to an 'uber-chilled ' level. I 'll definitely go back and would highly recommend as it was such a relaxing environment -so good
Lovely food, friendly staff, popular place. Highly recommend a visit. Stilton and mushroom jacket potato was very nice.
We went for lunch and had a fantastic experience. The service was top-notch and the food was incredibly tasty. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were very reasonable. We also learned that they host tapas nights, which we are excited to attend in the future. We definitely plan on returning to this restaurant.

Very dog friendly flukes was fuss over by the owner and staff gave cucumber and chicken and gave water and woofed it down was really woofy pleased. Staff excellent food excellent had a small breakfast it was delicious. Had scone it was delicious defoe be back. Ambiance was excellent. Pannia was lovely.
