Panera Bread - Ross
Panera Bread
Description
Panera’s newest location impresses with a spacious, beautifully designed interior featuring cozy seating areas, a fireplace, and ample power outlets, making it ideal for families and solo diners alike. The menu offers a solid variety, including vegetarian choices and kid-friendly options, though some find prices steep for portion sizes. Service experiences vary widely—while many praise the friendly, efficient staff and excellent management, others report slow order handling and disappointing interactions. Accessibility and parking receive high marks, enhancing convenience for all guests. Overall, this Panera offers a comfortable atmosphere and tasty food but with some inconsistency in service quality.

There’s one person making orders while everyone else just plays on their phones. Did rapid pickup ended up waiting for 25-30mins. Service: Take out Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This is the only local Panera that doesn’t add sugar syrup to the iced coffee. Thank you!
The bowl I received was not only half full but also contained large chunks of inedible salad. It really diminished my enjoyment having to pick out the spoiled pieces. To make matters worse, the line cook stepped away to take a picture of her vape on the iced coffee before returning to work. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch.
