We often go there with a group of 89 or 10 people, including two children under the age of six. The staff always accommodates us and serves us well. They also permit one to BYOB with a small cork fee. I am not a big fan of Middle Eastern food but I think, the food is fresh and wholesome and they have many many vegan selections. View all feedback.
What Raleigh Roule doesn't like about Aladdin's Eatery Fox Chapel:
The hummus was creamy, the pita fresh and warm, the lamb platter nicely seasoned and the Aladdin’s Favorite was a big hit. But the service was friendly but distracted. We waited over 30 minutes for our entrees with only a few other tables. We didn’t get refills, nor did anyone explain why our food was taking so long until I got up from the table to ask. Maybe try a different location? View all feedback.

I was looking forward to eating there after moving away a long time ago. I guess Molly thought I was going to increase her tip for each time she rolled her eyes at me. Surprise! She didn't get squat. The food was also very middling, poorly presented and the patio was filthy with people at the bar next door standing outside smoking right next door. Molly, I know you think you have the right to assert your superiority as someone highly placed in the food service industry, but don't be such a unt.
Had a delicious lunch. Staff was helpful and great. Will definitely come back for more work lunches and family dinners!
They need to be a lot more attentive to the tickets on their takeout orders. First time I got take out (spinach salad) and I couldn’t eat it because I was given the honey mustard dressing instead of balsamic vinaigrette by accident. However, we came back to the area for a visit with some friends in Fox Chapel, and tried to get takeout again. Bad idea. Boyfriend’s tuna steak was way overcooked (asked for medium-well, came suuuuuper well-done), and my Jasmine’s rice was very dry as well. Our friend got the fatoush salad and said it was just ok. Overall the food was bland and not worth it to me. We ended up going to Starbucks and eating better there. Disappointing because the food at the Squirrel Hill location was pretty good iirc. Please have some more pride in your work, pay attention to what you’re doing, etc. Vegetarian options: Yes, they have vegetarian and vegan options, but are they paying attention to your requests when they’re processing your takeout order? Dietary restrictions: Good question. In my experience, and I have given them two chances, they don’t care half the time.
First time, good food and good service. Jhasmyne picked my plate. Not pricey.
