What Meri A doesn't like about Cafe Cicely:
If I were only rating the food, I would give it a two. However, the staff member was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I received a high-quality meal. I decided on a turkey sandwich with a side of pasta salad. While all the ingredients were fresh, they seemed to be of low quality. Overall, it was just average, except for the strange smell coming from the bread. View all feedback.
