Going there as a vegan I was worried about not being able to eat anything except maybe some green beans but the chefs went above and beyond! I even had to ask the chef, Chuck, for his gravy recipe and another chef whose name I didn?t catch. Will be back again, highly recommend the Coal Miners Dream? (Not sure if that was the name but it?s made with cherry lime soda and activated charcoal and other good ingredients to make a delicious sparkly cocktail)

My wife and... read more Maybe we caught Orchard on a bad night, but nothing about this place shined. The service was poor, food inconsistent and the atmosphere a bit tired. My wife and I sat down at around 7:30pm on a Saturday and were starving after a long day. We ordered acouple appetizers and requested bread because I was hoping for something right away. The bread and one of our two appetizersdidn’t arrive until 8:30 (despite a plea at about 8:10). The waiter later told us that he accidentally gave our otherappetizer to another table. Our young waiter was very earnest but clearly quite green. The “chefs bread” was delicious andprobably my favorite part of the meal. My mushroom pasta was tasty as well, but my wife underwhelmed by her seafood stew. Thetoast that came with her stew appeared to be freezer burned.
