The restaurant fell flat in every possible way unfortunately. Kitchen, FoH, manager. We called ahead for a party of 7, they said they'd set it up. Another party... read more The restaurant fell flat in every possible way unfortunately. Kitchen, FoH, manager. We called ahead for a party of 7, they said they'd set it up. Another party of 7 came and claimed that table AFTER we'd sat down and despite having 3 young kids, they were served first and were gone before we ever got a plate. The dishes all came out over an hour after our reservation time. Manager tried to apologize with 1/2 off 1 entree and justification that we weren't all seated (we were by 5 after our reservation). They even broke down our table for the next day while we were still seated. Food was meh. 2 7-tops broke their minds. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation at Suncadia vs Roslyn. It has so much potential but too expensive for a dive with terrible service.

Other tablemate's food looked good and they raved about place from previous visit. I tried the pork sandwich and ate only 1/2 of bun. Shouldn't have. I'm paying the price today. It's definitely not worth it for so-so meat and bottled BBQ sauce for around $20. The meal did include lots of steak fries. They were generally nothing to write home about. Also, service kind was hit and miss. Most of the table was well into meals before mine came out of the kitchen. Even with limited local restaurant choices, I highly doubt I'll be going back. Dietary restrictions: Did not have any gluten-free options listed on menu.
