What User doesn't like about Otr Kingston Se:
I found my experience to be quite disappointing. There were at least 15 customers in line waiting to pay for fuel or order food, and while there were plenty of employees on duty, they were too busy chatting among themselves to address the growing line of waiting customers. Honestly, I'm baffled that OTR acknowledges all the negative feedback yet has made no apparent changes in months. View all feedback.

So many staff doing nothing, no staff wanting to serve, getting paid to do nothing, wait times are disgusting
Looks like she hasn't been cleaned for weeks. old pampered beverages and dried old salad in the sitting area.
So many staff, just not serving. The waiting times are ridiculous. I will actively avoid visiting this servo if I can due to the lack of service from staff.

Rude staff very aggressive when using the till. Embarrassed for her, she needs a new job
Best hot chocolate I tasted in a while. Amazing hot chocolate and cappuccino was served by Yogi, loved it. Highly recommend everyone to take a stop here. Cheers
