As this place seem to delight in getting one star reviews here comes another one! The woman behind the counter whose name was Jay was ready....TO BE SACKED!!! SHE IS BICH IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD!! She is rude and disgusting and does not deserve a job nevermind one with customers!! PS the toilets are disgusting too!

This place is terrible decided to give them another go after a few years crikey it has got worst rude staff dirty toilets rubbish food and service :

So many staff doing nothing, no staff wanting to serve, getting paid to do nothing, wait times are disgusting

Looks like she hasn't been cleaned for weeks. old pampered beverages and dried old salad in the sitting area.

So many staff, just not serving. The waiting times are ridiculous. I will actively avoid visiting this servo if I can due to the lack of service from staff.
