The dishes were very good; sometimes the combinations seemed daring, but then the offerings captivated and pleasantly surprised. The dessert was superb. The price was worth the experience.

Beautiful restaurant in a beautiful hilltop village, absolutely delicious dishes both innovative and locally rooted (including significant Apulian influences). Nice little stories to match the dishes, every single one of which was memorable. These dishes have soul, and also an occasional sense of humor, which I loved. Plus great service all around, and a super fun sommelier!
