Horrible retched smell from dumpling !!!!!!!!But this morning I decided to order shrimp dumplings for the first time for something light because I’m sick. The dumplings had a horrible retched smell and the dough was so chewy more like a momo or as if they didn’t cook long enough. The last time I ordered shrimp and broccoli in garlic sauce, the shrimp didn't taste fresh at all. I haven't ordered since. However, the delivery was quick.
The food is delicious, served hot, and bursting with flavor! This is definitely the best Chinese takeout in the Rosedale, MD area. Peace!
When I called to resolve the issue, the staff explained that the images on DoorDash were misleading, which feels like false advertising. I called three times. On the first call, I was transferred to the manager, but it went to voicemail. During my second call, I specifically asked them not to transfer me since it always ends up in voicemail, but they did it anyway. Finally, on the third attempt, I actually got someone on the line. After explaining the miscommunication, I was told they couldn't refund or correct my order. The customer service was not great at all. I hope your experience is much better than mine!
Food is always good. I?ve never had anything but a good result every time I?ve ordered from there. Drivers are always courteous when delivering.
