Absolutely amazing service and team of staff here. Sumaya and Matuezc were excellent and attentive. Food was delicious, starters and main course was out quick. Will definitely be back again! Thank you Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
On a brighter note, we also tried the saffron special with naan bread, which was creamy and delicious. Although the waitress was managing everything by herself while the restaurant was busy, she remained lovely and attentive. In terms of ratings, I’d give the service a 5/5, the atmosphere a 3/5 (as the restaurant lacks proper ventilation), and I would note that they cater to halal dietary restrictions.
I visited this restaurant a few days ago and I will definitely be returning. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Overall, I’d rate it a perfect 5 out of 5!
Well, where do I start. We were ignored by the waitress for 10 minutes. When she finally came to take our order, she never said hello or any greeting for that point. She was the only member of staff at front of house, she was very busy, no reason not to be acknowledged. Our order wasn't written but that is fine, my order was questioned by her, I know what I like and I've been eating Indian style food for over 40 years! When the order arrived, my order was not what I would call authentic. Also, my special request was not added. I did not enjoy my meal, the naan was the best part, it felt to me that it was the chefs night off. There was no Indian style beer. It was ordered from the pub downstairs, and we did not partake. It is a shame as I have had a takeaway a couple of times, and it has been OK. The experience of the sit-down meal has put me off. I doubt very much I shall return.
