They dont really care about the costumer. Really bad costumer service. It is not the first time that this happened. We paid the exactly amount for a bacon an chicken pizza flavour. but they just put 4 pieces of bacon over all. 5 pieces of chicken in the all pizza size 14) and finished filling the pizza with cheese. I went to talk with them about it, respectfully I even didn’t ask anything, and the blond lady, I think she is the boss or manager, preferered to shout at us instead of listen us in front of everyone. My husband was respectful saying that he has worked as pizza chef and normally all the slices must contain at least one of the ingredients requested. The chefs there interrupted him and said that they don’t care about what we think what pizza is or what we want. this is the way that they do pizza, if we want we eat if we don’t want it’s on us. Really I never was so humiliated. Not asking anything for them, but we paid for that as well. My All family and my ruge Brazilian community friends who lives in Roscommon town has stopped ordering from them, because of this. Not recommended!
