When you make your reservation, you have an inviting conversation that prepares you positively for your visit! Personal, first-class service with heart. The food is excellent and fresh! The wine selection was very good. We'll definitely come back. Congratulations

Today we visited Sabine in her eagle's nest high above the thick fog over Lake Constance and St.Gallen. What happened to this pub chapeau! Homely, tasteful furnishings with a fireplace, a good selection and the ingredients are only hand picked and of the highest quality and taste. The menu leaves nothing to be desired, the goat cheese tastes fine and balanced and is warm, the mussels in a bit of spicy curry sauce are a positive surprise, the veal liver is a revelation I've never had better! Unfortunately the wine was a bit too cold. For dessert there was cinnamon and mango ice cream. Both were absolutely successful, but especially the cinnamon ice cream, which is supposed to be extremely difficult to make homemade in this quality. Overall, it was a successful banquet to celebrate a reunion and surrounded by perfect service and hospitality! What else would you expect from Sabine!
