During the early afternoons the lobby is filled with young boys, probably 8-10th grade, who I assume are from Rootstown schools mostly. These boys are openly disruptive and disrespectful. They come up to me and my friends and make jokes and are just generally rude. They’re also very loud, and yet the staff does nothing. Most of them don’t even buy anything. The staff needs to ask these kids to leave because they are loosing customers.
