I actually love this place i come here after school they always get my order right there super nice and they never complain if me and my friends are a little to loud Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 View all feedback.

What Luke dislikes about Dunkin':
Place is understaffed and took way too long for the employees to make a simple order, I suppose because they were doing drive thru orders. Not a great Dunkin location. View all feedback.

I've been to many Dunkin' locations, and this one is easily among the best I've ever visited. The staff is extremely efficient, and I've never had any issues here. They are friendly and engage with customers in a personal way, making each visit a bright spot in my day. You can really tell they have an excellent manager! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This restaurant was open at 3:15 AM, which definitely gives it an edge over other places, like the more conveniently located Dunkin' that doesn't open until later. Unfortunately, I forgot to order my drinks, so I can’t comment on how that pairing worked out. What a pity! The donuts are still delicious without the drinks, though. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

The food/coffee is usually pretty good. I live nearby so I visit regularly. During the early afternoons the lobby is filled with young boys, probably 8-10th grade, who I assume are from Rootstown schools mostly. These boys are openly disruptive and disrespectful. They come up to me and my friends and make jokes and are just generally rude. They’re also very loud, and yet the staff does nothing. Most of them don’t even buy anything. The staff needs to ask these kids to leave because they are loosing customers.
