The staff is extremely efficient, and I've never had any issues here. They are friendly and engage with customers in a personal way, making each visit a bright spot in my day. Unfortunately, I forgot to order my drinks, so I can’t comment on how that pairing worked out. What a pity! The donuts are still delicious without the drinks, though. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

That was the whole... read more This location in particular’s pricing is much higher than every other Dunkin. My latte at this location is more expensive than Starbucks lol. That was the whole point of using Dunkin, a cheaper alternative to Starbucks. But if it’s the same price or more, I’ll go back to Starbucks instead. Or use Ravenna Dunkin which is $2 less for my drink.
