The staff is extremely efficient, and I've never had any issues here. They are friendly and engage with customers in a personal way, making each visit a bright spot in my day. Unfortunately, I forgot to order my drinks, so I can’t comment on how that pairing worked out. What a pity! The donuts are still delicious without the drinks, though. Overall, I’d rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

During the early afternoons the lobby is filled with young boys, probably 8-10th gra... read more The food/coffee is usually pretty good. I live nearby so I visit regularly. During the early afternoons the lobby is filled with young boys, probably 8-10th grade, who I assume are from Rootstown schools mostly. These boys are openly disruptive and disrespectful. They come up to me and my friends and make jokes and are just generally rude. They’re also very loud, and yet the staff does nothing. Most of them don’t even buy anything. The staff needs to ask these kids to leave because they are loosing customers.
