Dunkin' - Rootstown

Was open at 315 in the morning. That makes it better than anywhere else, like for example the other Dunkin that's more convenient to go to, but isn't open at 315 in the morning. Unfortunately, I forgot to drink my donuts, so I can't review how that played out. What a shame. The donuts are still fine non dunked though. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been to a lot of Dunkins in my day and this one is by far (tied) for the best I've visited. Staff is very effecient and there has never been any problems for me. They are friendly and interact with the customers based on their personality, it's always a bright spot in my day to stop in. You can definitely tell they have a great manager! I am a daily customer at this location and usually have an excellent experience. Today was the exception with my order being taken incorrectly and when I asked the person at the drive thru to fix it she gave me an attitude, reluctantly fixed it, and as I was went to pull away felt the need to tell me I need to order the correct size next time. It was uncalled for and unnecessary. Mistakes happen but the attitude is unappreciated perhaps someone should explain to her that daily customers pay her wages. Drive thru was wrapped around the building but still only took 15min to get through. Wasn't very fond of my coffee but I customized it and could have easily been the combination I chose. Donuts were fresh and super soft. Service: Take out Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I'm not sure what's going on with this particular location for about the past 6 months the whole staff day and night needs to be retrained on how to make a proper espresso drink i.e. hot lattes/ cappuccino. This particular location is very convenient however nine times out of ten my espresso drink tastes like hot sweet milk instead of being the correct ratio of ingredients there is probably about twice as much cream or milk as there should be which is diluting the taste of the expresso leaving the drink as such. I really hate complaining so I usually just go buzz on up to the Ravenna location that always gets it exactly correct they're always perfectly made and taste delicious however this is getting expensive and time consuming and not to mention wasteful as I have to throw the original out. I am honestly not a picky person just after working all day I really look forward to having an espresso drink made correctly.
