The younger staff member didn't seem to... read more I wanted to enjoy my time at the restaurant and spend my money there, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience. The younger staff member didn't seem to understand my concerns. I tried to explain that I had a valid gift certificate that I used there regularly, which didn't expire until January 14, 2019. However, he insisted that I couldn't use it and that I would have to pay the full price. It felt like he thought he was being clever, but I was unhappy with the situation and refused to pay the high price. Overall, it left a bad impression on me.
