I've never waited so long for breakfast oatmeal and coffee in my life—45 minutes! They really need to get it together. The overall atmosphere in this airport is quite frustrating.

The people working inside are very friendly and someone in a grimace shirt was very nice to me. The restaurant was a mess and there was one corner that smelled terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich, I didint get ranch in mine which was weird because I didn't ask for it not to be there. Mid way eating my sandwich I had to struggle to eat because it was almost inedible. I had to pull to get a single bite of the sandwich. Would probably not come here again

I thought they could at least handle a coffee, given the reviews. I got a decaf coffee with two pumps of the vanilla syrup, cream, and two sweeters. They took nearly ten minutes and didn't do a damn thing to the coffee. It was already $4 for the drink, the least they could do is make it correctly.

After a lengthy plane ride, i order food from the Kiosk, and selected pay at register. I ask an employee standing at register and show him my ticket do just wait here for my order to be paid. He looks at ticket# n says yes. I wait 15 mins as ppl come n go, n I as a different employee same question who tell me my order will not get started until I pay. I had a connecting flight so I didn't have the time. I ask to speak to a Manger who also didn't care or even offer to push my order to front of the line due to missing information on employee end. Never again will I try to spend my hard earned money here.

Ordered eat in. Number called instead of having it on our table. Went to pick up. Missing hash brown for the meal. Guy calling in numbers said I didn’t order meal. Showed him the receipt and was not happy to give the hash browns. Literally dropped the hash browns supposedly in the paper bag but fell on the floor. Blamed me for dropping the hash browns. Told another guy about the hash browns making it my fault. Ended up only giving me one hash brown. (It’s not about the hash brown). Poor customer service. Then when we checked the sandwiches, it was the wrong sandwiches too. Didn’t eat in there. Walked to our gate have it there. It was also the only time my boyfriend agreed to go to McDonald’s. I’m not the kind of person who complains especially with people preparing my food. But I can’t let it go. Sorry.
