Bob Evans - Romulus

I just started working here and I love it so much. most employees have been there for a long time, what says a lot and everyone seems super nice with a family workstation mentality. I'm sure I'm working here for a very long time and fit in beautiful!

Good food. the location is clean and the order was ready when I arrived.

I ordered fish fillets and it was great. They have their own bread which is really good.

The staff was excellent. Though, my burger had over cooked bacon (basically solid powder) overcooked eggs, undercooked hash browns, and an overcooked borderline burnt beef patty. (they never asked what rarity). Fries? Cooked perfectly but with no salt. My partners breakfast was excellent: country fried stake was cooked excellently with delicious white gravy on top.

Couldn't take a picture of the food because we ended up talking it to go so we wouldn't miss the flight. after waiting an hour, we told them to cancel our order. we were told it was on its way. after another 10 minutes, I gave up and went to the cash register and was told again that our order was ready. I asked them to just box it up. No apology, no explanations, nothing. They weren't that busy. In fact, other tables seated after us received their food before us, so I think it was a server issue. I say that with confidence because our server ghosted us after talking our order. We won't be going back to that location.
