I ordered three number 10 meals and a three-piece leg meal, but when I got to the window, they couldn’t get my order right and made me wait an extra 20 minutes. When my food finally arrived, all three servings of fries were cold, and I found a hair in my coleslaw. They missed one of my chicken legs and didn’t provide any hot sauce. I also had to ask for my receipt at the window but never received it. My kids and fiancé wanted the classic chicken sandwich (number 10), but got the spicy version instead. The chicken legs were very small, and the biscuit was undercooked. We spent over $33 on this meal, and it was extremely disappointing.

Additionally, the woman at... read more I do not recommend this restaurant. The chicken was extremely tough and nearly impossible to eat—more fit for the trash than a meal! Additionally, the woman at the drive-thru window ignored us and roughly threw our food to us after we requested straws and extra napkins. We won’t be coming back.

However, the woman at the register was, wi... read more I want to start by saying that the food was genuinely very good. The person in the kitchen is doing an excellent job. However, the woman at the register was, without a doubt, the rudest person I've encountered in 29 years. Additionally, it took 30 minutes just to get from the entrance to the register because they were only taking one order at a time inside, even though the drive-thru line was moving efficiently. It seems that serving times inside aren't a priority. Overall, I would definitely eat at Bojangles again, but I wouldn't return to this location.
