My mom tried to use the toilet and they kicked her out in an awfully and very rude way, I went to order a coffee so she could use the toilet, and the staff star... read more My mom tried to use the toilet and they kicked her out in an awfully and very rude way, I went to order a coffee so she could use the toilet, and the staff started to speak very bad about her, thankfully I can understand italian and straight away I stopped them. There was one guy that looked like the manager that started to argue with me in front of everyone in the restaurant, which I think first of all you don't speak to costumers like that, and second of all is looks horrible in front of other people. Everyone in the restaurant was very rude, makes no sense when is only someone old that wanted to use the toilet, if they're like that for only that reason I can't imagine how they would serve other costumers... Never coming back again not even for a quick visit even being desperate.
