The hotel is very comfortable, the place is in a modern style, remembering a renovated warehouse or repair shop. while this gives atmosphere and looks really go... read more The hotel is very comfortable, the place is in a modern style, remembering a renovated warehouse or repair shop. while this gives atmosphere and looks really good, it also introduces a relatiw high noise. fortunately, the place is not just for the eye. that was probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had. the teig was excellent and the quality of the tasty left nothing to be desired. also the cocktails were really tasteful and in good amount, especially the aviator was on our lust. if I had to pursue a weak point, it would be dessert as in so many restaurants. I didn't go for it, but my daughter did, and she thought the ice cream court was a little neutral and overpriced. concerning the service: they were very friendly and attentive. I would only have wished that the drinks arrive before eating to give a feeling of time. as it was, it felt a little hurry, but really only a little. recommended also for bigger grouos!

Quando um restaurante é gerido com o Amor que o Emanuele e o Pietro colocam no seu trabalho, tudo se torna fantástico! Deu para perceber o quão profissionais são. Inclusive os seus funcionários Marco (aqueles empregados de mesa que nos fazem saborear a comida através das palavras) e Carlo (um verdadeiro génio dos drinks) que foram incansáveis ao tentarem proporcionar a melhor experiência gastronómica que eu e a Martina tivemos em Itália. A verdade é que todos na equipa conseguiram o objetivo: são efetivamente um dos melhores lugares que já visitámos. Obrigado por tudo. Um conselho: experimentem tudo e confiem no Emanuele. For mains we had three roman sta... read more We had the salami, cheese and focaccia platter to start. The focaccia was incredible, wish we could go back to try their pizza. For mains we had three roman staples, namely carbonara, cacio e pepe and amatriciana, between the three of us. The presentation and taste of these three dishes were at another level altogether. Service was impeccable, atmosphere was vibrant and we really enjoyed the whole experience.
