All I can say is this pla... read more We walked past this place on the first day of our trip to Rome, we couldn’t wait to return after seeing the sizzling steaks and pasta. All I can say is this place didn’t disappoint it simply doesn’t get much better than this. We had the 1kg steak to share with the most beautiful porcini mushroom pasta. It was paired with the most delicious red wine. We were treated to limoncello, prosecco and many different sweet treats on the house. I can honestly say, it was the most delicious meal I have ever eaten and if you don’t go here, you’re missing out. We watched as many people returned (local and tourist) and revisited this restaurant and you can see why. Friendly and amazing service with incredible food. It is an absolute gem in the heart of Rome. We paid our bill, then decided to stay for more drinks … safe to say we loved it so much we stayed for 5 hours. A wonderful night we can’t wait to return on our next trip to Rome! Thank you for a memorable experience!

I have to say that the experience honestly made everyone 's day 1 million times better! Daniel was our server He took SUCH good care of us, giving us free samples, bringing over the entire crew to sing Happy Birthday dear sister with a sparkling candle on a dessert, hand feeding my daughter a bite, and then hand feeding my husband his first bite of that delicious steak It was such a happy, beautiful, cozy atmosphere and experience, all with such lavish attention. We also were next to a table that made it a point to return to the restaurant and visit 5 years after their first visit! Obviously a place that deserves praise and a visit if you 're in Rome!

He made our night very enjoyable with his energy and fun conversation. Had the steak special which was excellent, also the veal, pasta meatballs were great. A great experience for our last night in Rome!

No hidden extras like charging you to sit down as we had in one particular restaurant and no adding extras to the bill. Would definitely recommend.

We had a poor quality dinner the night before and had PLANNED on dinner at a restaurant recommended by our accommodation, but when we arrived weren’t sure about... read more We had a poor quality dinner the night before and had PLANNED on dinner at a restaurant recommended by our accommodation, but when we arrived weren’t sure about the menu and prices, but when we passed this place the ambiance and staff (and reasonable prices) drew us in. We were tired form a long day wanted to just relax and have a good meal. Daniel was jovial and explained the specials with exuberance. We had 3 of the dinner specials and a recommended menu dinner (along with a recommended bottle of wine). All were enjoyed, and even dessert and cappuccinos were memorable. We were told this restaurant has been in business for years and now see why it has survived. Would recommend you patronize if in this area, and we would definitely return if we were in this area again.
