The only problem is that sometimes what's written on the menu doesn't quite match the preparation: in this case, it said plaice fillet au gratin, but it arrived breaded and fried, which is a different story. Unfortunately, since I'm on insulin treatment, I can't eat fried food, and I wasn't able to eat it. I even called the restaurant to report it and was told it's listed as au gratin because it's fried, but in reality, it's breaded. I'm only mentioning this to clarify the menu. We've also used their catering service in the past, and the results have always been excellent: everything tastes good, they're perfectly organized, and they're incredibly reliable. On their last delivery, there was a small mistake on a pizza, but they handled the situation impeccably. After a simple phone call, they remade the correct pizza and delivered it quickly, entirely at their expense. A gesture that demonstrates professionalism and customer care. What can I say... truly excellent! Highly recommended.
