Trovato un tavo... read more English review later down....... Ho fatto una prenotazione dal sito. È venuto al ristorante e la cameriera ha riso alla mia prenotazione online. Trovato un tavolo per noi e prontamente consegnato i miei bambini il menu del vino. Inappropriato! Non ci hanno dato un menu di cibo a tutti. Abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti senza un solo cameriere fermarsi al nostro tavolo. Abbiamo ancora appena avuto il menu di vino e bevande. Una persona si è fermata per chiederci di smettere di toccare gli oggetti sul nostro tavolo bicchieri, forchette, ecc. Ho portato mia figlia in bagno niente carta igienica e niente sapone! Dopo un 'ulteriore attesa e 25 minuti senza alcun servizio, ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via. Peccato come abbiamo notato persone che erano seduti dopo di noi erano già attesi e avevano antipasti. Non capisco perché questo posto è occupato e ottiene buone recensioni. Il servizio è terribile! Perché permettere prenotazioni sul tuo sito web se non li onori e regali menu di vino ai bambini? This restaurant we decided to try since we were in the area. I made a reservation from their website. When we walked in the waitress took one look at our online reservation on my phone and laughed and said 'we don 't take reservations off 'the fork '. I don 't know what 'the fork ' is. I explained that I booked the table directly from their own website and she smirked and said 'yeah, we don 't do that ' and said she could get us a table. Red flag #1. We were sat down and my children were given a wine menu. We received NO food menus, only the wine and beverage (aka cocktails) menu. At one point someone placed small lamps on the table and told us not to turn them on or touch them and to not touch anything on the table. Red flag #2. My one child had to use the bathroom, I quickly found there was no toilet paper and NO hand soap in the bathroom. Red flag #3 We waited a total of 25 minutes without seeing a single waiter in our seating area. We tried to wave one down. At the same time after seeing two other tables outside who were seated way after us already having drinks and antipasti brought out, it was clear we were being ignored. We got up and walked down the street to Taverna Rossini, they found us a table and we already had our water and our order taken less than 10 minutes after being seated. Don 't bother with Caffe Hungaria.
