I took a table for 6 people all you can eat, after 30 minutes we get to drink, service slowed down, waiter completely confused, orders MAI arrived despite several times we had noticed , we arrived things that we did not ask and the third course arrived at 23:00 (always food not ordered from us), we went away hungry and not having practically eaten anything that we had asked for 10% discount! I will never set foot again, they are also very rude

After waiting for about an hour for the first round of sushi they tell us that for the second there is a lot to wait (it will come in fact around 15.30), I think they do so to make the customers desist from ordering. Frost room, keep the door open to go back and forth with the outside tables. Food quality almost enough. I don't know what the best AYCE in Rome is, but this is probably the worst. Come on!

We waited almost two hours before eating, while of course they were presenting this thing. To our questions about why so much waiting (the local in the meantime was emptying) there was no answer, the waiter disappeared. They finally bring us food, and the food didn't look good. Finally comes the salmon sashimi which was completely frozen. Also present is this, the lady took it and took it away without returning to give us explanations or anything. We left and we're not coming back. The unforeseen can be without doubt, but here it is a question of maleducation, menefreghism towards the customer, attention nothing to food, and total disorganization.

The sushi is of medium quality, from classic to you can eat. The worst thing was the service. Really incommentable, the waiter who barely understands Italian, veneered and probably with memory losses since he did not even remember to bring the drinks required. To get a water and a bottle of wine at least a quarter of an hour. After ordering some dish we decide to order again but they started the adventure. To look for the attention of a waiter you will have to start to brag hoping that someone will notice you... Unfinished waiting times that however allow you to make friends with other commensali who are waiting, like you, their dishes ordered an 'hour before. Never see us again!
