I'd have been expecting better from the reviews. prawns with shrimps without infamy and without praise Tiramisù, I do not recommend it.
I will preserve a beautiful memory in this little place, a fine dinner with my mother and my baby. the gavius, which is part of the novotel complex, has an independent entrance and a couple of small rooms. does not accommodate a large number of seats but, each of them is reserved a friendly welcome and ensured a relaxing stay. the kind and professional director, the solar waiter and attentive (at times more than the director). we ate a carbonara that stopped the flow of time: tooth spacing, egg creaminess, crisp and spicy cheek. continued with excellent meat (entrecote and beef fillet) with fresh outlines. We ended up with a cup tiramisu with a foamy texture, almost like a moose. the account then (paid at the reception of the hotel to a spigliata girl) is really honest for what the hotel offers. One day, I'd like to go back. meanwhile, good wishes to the structure and its staff.
