He recommended a wine for me that was very good. We had pizza and bruschetta that were both excellent. I wanted to try the homemade tiramisu but was so full!

We were a bit wary as walked past in the day, saw the beautiful terrace and took a punt on booking a table for group of friends. Thought oh dear, may be style over substance, touristy and over priced. So all the more impressed by a classic Italian restaurant, slick service and top notch food. Nice attention to detail in the branding too. All our dishes were perfect, and still (two weeks later can dream about the grilled lamb chops. Prices fair for the setting especially if careful and stick to the (perfectly good wines at the less pricey end of the wine list (you can of course go the other way too! .
