What Penelope Grassi dislikes about Burro E Menta:
a nice restaurant that tries to give an above-average service, but unfortunately it is too expensive compared to what it offers. Great place, both as location and as furnishings and service, then the pinsa is as exceptional as all the rest of the menu, excellent the choice of wines though of course they are quite expensive as it is normal that it is in a restaurant, but the game is worth the candle

Burro e menta was a great opportunity to stay in the gaura guest house around the corner. nice eating, delicious recipes, fine menu, warm service. we recommend this first class professional standard restaurant and we will return.

Beautiful place in the heart of casal palocco, nice service, we eat outside of good quality, they have variety of food, we went from cacio e pepe to spaghetti alla chitarra. grill polipo, a pina margarita, la pina it is a typical roman pizza, finally it is worthy to eat in burro e menta all 12 of us had a beautiful dinner dinner evening

Almost rigidy (but also without almost! attracted to see the beautiful outdoor tables while I returned from the sunset in my neighborhood, I became curious and so, on Sunday of 11/08/2019 we are at this place, really excellent (one of these summer discoveries, which are always a great pleasure in their neighbourliness. the restaurant is very refined and elegant: modern, clean and well finished in all details. sometimes the outdoors are really pleasant, especially in this time of the year, which is very hot. the waiters are very friendly and very prepared (our facility a bit a rickety washing family that they managed to follow us in everything and feel comfortable at home. the kitchen is a flagship. we were amazed to find a level that has nothing to envy in comparison to star kitchens. “Shrimp brandy with scamorza heart, sausage and nduja” really fabulous, a well balanced and delicious blend of aromas: very recommended! “True octopus with zucchini cream, crystallized mint and dehydrated olives” exceptional! one of the best otopusses I have ever eaten: despite a beautiful large disc it was still very soft and the sauce was very delicate and well tuned. “Paccheri with heavy fish, auberginen, datterini and Mentuccia” exquisite: perfect cooking of pasta and really well balanced aromen for a truly “gourmet” summer recipe. a Jewel that I really liked: the dead were even peeled! really top turbot chiodato, aromatic panure and caponato with orange vegetables the fish is very good: the panee, spectacular. everything perfectly accompanied by caramelized red bevel. the only little maulp, perhaps the orange was not very felt (but it is something really ridiculous “Modica fondant pie in esitici fruit stew” very good and colorful: everything perfectly matched. “Pineapple carpaccio, with mint and limette ice cream and biscuit and pistachios crushed” very refreshing and very tasty: an unforgettable ritus made of obst, colors and aromen. the idea to offer ananas in this format is brilliant ps: even the brot and brotsticks were of a high standard (for the first time I ate a very good tintenfischcolor ale brot, which I will not forget! cordial gratitude: we will meet again every case (hopefully soon because it is really worth it! ... we can't wait to go back!
