All dishes tell the very personal story of Chef Federico Delmonte's heritage like the brodetto-flavoured pasta, which bears the concentrated flavors of the cook birthplace signature dish: brodetto di pesce alla fanese. The Brodetto fish soup is also available on request. Amazing raw fish antipasti. Interesting of the beaten path wine list for the curious wine drinkers. Will definitely go back when I'm in Rome.
