Always fresh, fast and cooked to your liking. Friendly staff that are always prompt. Warm, clean and inviting. A really good menu, with many choices and wide variety. I will differently return.

I have stayed at this place on multiple occasions and eaten at the restaurant for dinner numerous times with excellent meals however this visit the two mornings I ate breakfast I was very disappointed both times and didn't see value for money. I requested for a dairy free egg option only to be told no. The next day I was able to have fried eggs however the egg white was still raw. They struggled to keep up with he volume of people coming through and the variety available and that's what let it down.

We had an amazing meal (family of 5 with another 3 friends) so we returned a week later. Everything we ordered was fabulous- generous meal size, so a few of us ordered entree meals so we could fit in dessert! My favorite meal was the smoked, char-grilled kangaroo with feta, beetroot and balsamic- cooked perfectly. There was a slightly longer than usual wait on the meals but Paul, the only waitstaff, was efficient, accurate and entertaining. Definitely recommend this restaurant

Stayed at the Explorers for a night on our way to Carnarvon Gorge. Thought we'd try the restaurant and was blown away by the quality! We are foodies and this was honestly up there with high end big city restaurants! Thoroughly recommend!!!
