The comfy sofa seats and gentle music made for a lovely relaxing atmosphere for fine dining. The salmon with citrus rice and garlic prawns was delicious. A tad on the expensive side, however quality matches the price. Looking forward to dining again.

The res... read more We stayed at this hotel and the proprietress asked for a restaurant recommendation. She was quite frank and suggested we try BCs or gave us other names. The restaurant atmosphere is quite quaint, but the food was well prepared and the steak we ordered did not disappoint us. I would recommend the restaurant

When meals are... read more The hotel room was fabulous so our expectation was that their restaurant would be the same. Instead we found it overpriced, especially the wine. When meals are that expensive, one expects quality. A roast vegetable salad (entree) of a few pieces of pumpkin and half a dozen cherry tomatoes, a smattering of cheese and a bit of lettuce was a bit underwhelming. The curry was somewhat tasty, yet the portion was so little (for the price) we thought they'd given us an entree size.
