I’m not sure what expectations some other reviewers might have had...(A quick bite? Fast food? but our experience was wonderful. We booked a table for lunch since we were staying at the hotel before our flight. Service was welcoming, courteous, and appropriately attentive. What User doesn't like about Les Etoiles:
we were, the order was taken pretty quickly, however one of the guests received his main dish very late while the rest of the tab was finished. not an excuse word even after claiming three times with "yes it comes" as an answer! View all feedback.
A pleasant surprise at the end of the trip. A good restaurant with friendly and fast service. Inside the most practical hotel in Paris.
Service disaster, with 40 minutes to serve the food from when we sat down. The bread tongs, for decoration. To bring us a bottle of water ... no case. The waiter hasn't answered in 15 minutes...and all this being a Sheraton restaurant. Not recommendable at all, despite being the only restaurant in the airport outside of fast food.
This is not budget. But you get what you pay for. Excellent service, absolutely first quality dishes and a small oasis from the hustle and bustle of the airport. An unexpected gem of superb dining.
WOW, need to add picture. Had the best escargot of trip, in fact portion was much to large but GREAT.
How disappointment. Everything was over salted. The presentation was pretty but not good at all. A shame because you are stuck if you are at the Sheraton and want a meal. They have gone downhill since my last visit about a year ago.
