On food, we are on dishes perfectly crafted and mastered by chef Yamagishi. Our table had a breathtaking view of the kitchen which was particularly pleasant. In short, I recommend FORT FORT this restaurant.

Even if it was a last minute reservation, they accepted it with pleasure. All dishes are really delicious. If you let them know what you like, they'll combine wine for you. And the customer service was great from beginning to end and I was able to spend a nice time. It is one of the restaurants to visit if you come to Paris. I'd like to visit again. The atmosphere was elegant and also very intimate due to the small number of tables and spacing. We tried the 75e euro menu (4 courses), it was absolutely worth it.

Our party of three vegetarians was truly thrilled with the unique ingredients and beautiful presentation beginning with the amuse bouche all the way through to dessert. We are still talking about the meal hours later because it is beyond compare to anywhere we have eaten despite our travels to many cities known for excellent food. The chef is a treasure. This is a wonderful choice for a special meal.
