We had the dinner taster course with wine pairings and everything was exquisite. The food was beautiful and the flavours amazing. The wines they chose worked so well with the flavours, I’m so glad we did this. We also had the dinner taster course with...wine pairings at le Cinq honestly I thought what we ate here was better than we had at le Cinq. Would give this more than 5 stars if I could, thank you for a wonderfu... View all feedback.
What Agathe Colin doesn't like about Auguste:
Extremely disappointed in this dinner. The food was good, but mediocre. Nothing innovative or exciting. The staff wouldnt explain any of the dishes nor did they explain the wines. They simply threw the plates in front of you. We left after the main course when...we still had a couple of serves to go, because it was so disappointing. View all feedback.
I thought it was overestimated. that wasn't it. I was worried that because I ordered the set menu, I wouldn't enjoy my court. I was wrong. all dishes in the set menu were delicious, and I wanted to finish every bite –... up to the flowers in my main dish. the waiters were attentive and very friendly. would recommend this restaurant in any case; well-deserve his Michelin star.
Total disappointment. The atmosphere is rather cold but this is of course just my personal taste. The service was far away from deserving 1 Michelin Star. Took them 20 min to ask what I would want to drink. The food was also far from special...and I‘m asking myself how Michelin arrived at giving a star for this place. The soup was nicely presented but tasteless, the Ravioli with Langostinos were also greatly presented but totally flat and the main course venison) was nicely cook bit the side dishes mashed potatoes) almost a soup. I skipped dessert and was happy to leave. Comparing the place to other 1 Star restaurants in Paris makes it feel like an even greater disappointment.

We book the lunch pre-fix costs 39 euro when eating starts coming, I notice that this is the best booking I have ever made. the 3 courses of meal, each cure is beautifully present, the taste is complex and rich, the eating tell them. so much that the cook had put in there. wonderful experience!
