I'd rate the donuts 3 stars... read more We're still searching for the best donut in Bentonville and NW Arkansas. While driving to Missouri, we decided to stop at Red Barn. I'd rate the donuts 3 stars and the service 5 stars, making for an average of 4. We tried a poppy seed lemon old fashioned and another specialty donut (I can't recall the name). The poppy seed was enjoyable and a bit different from the usual, but the second one had too much canned raspberry jelly and was greasier than I prefer. Overall, it was an average experience, but the staff was incredibly friendly.

The biscuits and gravy were delicious! My favorite was the blueberry old fashioned! They also had unique options like fruity pebbles s'mores that both kids and adults would love to sample! I can't wait to return and explore the rest of the menu!

For a wider variety and the freshest treats, try to get there by 4am! I picked up two plain twists, a sprinkle donut, and a maple donut. My kids enjoyed them, and since I didn’t have one myself, I'll trust their opinion. If you're in town, definitely give Red Barn Donuts a try!
