The food came promptly and my order was right. The dining area and parking lot were clean and nice. The bathroom was tidy and properly stocked. My food was delicious. Service was courteous and my server knew the menu. Nearby was a table where language was an impediment. The server brought the manager who spoke fluently with the customers. Every effort was made to ensure good experiences for all.

The wait staff were huddled together forev... read more Usually we love Applebee's, wherever we go. Tonight the food was great, as we expected, but the service was horrible. The wait staff were huddled together forever, finally she came and took our order. No smile, no friendly service, just took our order and went back to the employee huddle. She was on her cell phone several times. Only came back to our table when she noticed we weren't finishing our food(we just weren't that hungry, the food was fine). She what's wrong, we said the food was fine were just weren't hungry, she laid our ticket down and walked away. We're not from here but we wouldn't come back to this location even if we were.

Dessert was brought out immediately after I finished my meal with the check. While I appreciate efficiency, I felt a bit rushed. I was in and out in what seemed like only 20 minutes. I ate my meal but didn't really get to savor the dining experience. It would be nice for the staff to slow down a bit and allow guests to enjoy their meals, especially since the restaurant was quite empty.

Tonight, the food met our expectations and was great, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The waitstaff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers. After a long wait, our server finally came to take our order, but she didn’t offer a smile or any friendly service; she simply took our order and returned to her colleagues. I noticed she was on her phone multiple times, and she only came back to our table when she saw we weren't finishing our meals (which wasn't due to the food being bad; we just weren't that hungry). When she asked if something was wrong, we assured her that the food was fine, but we just weren't very hungry. She then placed our bill on the table and walked away. Since we're not locals, we won't be returning to this location, even if we had the chance.
