Dessert was brought out immediately after I finished my meal with the check. While I appreciate efficiency, I felt a bit rushed. I was in and out in what seemed like only 20 minutes. I ate my meal but didn't really get to savor the dining experience. It would be nice for the staff to slow down a bit and allow guests to enjoy their meals, especially since the restaurant was quite empty.

I ordered the endless boneless wings and fries my first plate was great but my waitress did not come back to ask me what I wanted for my second round like she said she would I was done with my first plate still waiting for her to come back. When I finally got to place my second order it was a long wait and then they did not give me my fries i also did not get my coleslaw on either plates. My smoothie had ice in it that was not crushed. The waitress was very unfriendly. My partner got the chicken and shrimp and it was such a tiny portion for the price. Would not come back again

Service is great, food is always delicious especially the artichoke dip If you like it and decide to become a regular, leave a good tip, they will really appreciate it and we've met some amazing people we look forward to seeing when heading to Applebee's Y'all are wonderful

Tonight, the food met our expectations and was great, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The waitstaff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers. After a long wait, our server finally came to take our order, but she didn’t offer a smile or any friendly service; she simply took our order and returned to her colleagues. I noticed she was on her phone multiple times, and she only came back to our table when she saw we weren't finishing our meals (which wasn't due to the food being bad; we just weren't that hungry). When she asked if something was wrong, we assured her that the food was fine, but we just weren't very hungry. She then placed our bill on the table and walked away. Since we're not locals, we won't be returning to this location, even if we had the chance.

I used their online system to indicate that I was there and waited for 10 minutes before calling, but I was abruptly hung up on. I could see the staff member inside hanging up the phone without attempting to respond to my call. I called again right away, and another staff member answered, stating they were just putting the last items in my bag. After waiting an additional 5 minutes, I noticed others in the designated pickup spots were also waiting. Finally, I was the first to receive my food, but I quickly discovered that the bag and containers were cold, as if my order had been sitting there since 3:30 PM. When I got home, they had completely forgotten the fries that were supposed to come with the burger. Not only was the food cold, but it was also hard. I had ordered a dessert to make the occasion special—a brownie slice with a scoop of ice cream. To my disappointment, the brownie was the size of a quarter, and there was only a tablespoon of ice cream. When we attempted to eat the dessert, it was rock hard, and we chose not to eat it, suspecting something was wrong. It was clear that they have little concern for their to-go orders, assuming customers won't bother to return and complain after they get home. After reading other reviews, it seems the service inside isn't much better. Overall, my experience was absolutely terrible; if I could give no stars, I would. The meal was just barely edible, and the only positive was that the lady who handed me my food was nice. That's the one redeeming quality of the entire experience.
