We showed up about 20 minutes before closing as we were communicating from out of state and looking for something to eat. They unfortunately forgot acouple of our chicken sandwiches. They reached out and made sure we were taken care of to the highest degree. In the followingweek, I received a handwritten letter along with a couple of vouchers apologizing for the confusion. I do not know of any othercompany willing to go out of their way to make things right. If you?re hungry, look no further. The Chick-fil-A in rogers iswhere the food is hot and tasty!

It wasn't correct on the order, and I give the kitchen 5... read more The food is excellent as usual but the last 2 times I've been there, we didn't receive what we ordered. It wasn't correct on the order, and I give the kitchen 5 stars, but the person who took the order needs to focus on one person at a time. We had to goinside to fix the order and get the correct item and a refund of $5 or $6 dollar's. I still recommend the restaurant.

I truly don't know why my family insists on going here. It's always horrible service. McDonald's is 10 times faster even when busy andway more affordable.

I stopped through drive thru the next morning for breakfast and had the same great service.
