Each time, she responds with a smirk and laughs while instructing people to back out of the drive-thru and come inside for pick-up, even though the business note indicates that they should go through the drive-thru. She is unwilling to collaborate effectively with delivery drivers.

My two children and I weren't much help initially, but then two guys came out wearing capes (actually Arby's aprons), and we were able to get it on the trailer on the first try!

I noticed employees outside smoking, and they quickly rushed inside as soon as they saw someone pull into the parking lot - that should have been my first red flag. The young woman at the register kept having high-pitched, random outbursts that seemed intended to startle customers. I could hear her talking on her headset and laughing about it with her coworkers. Honestly, I was more concerned about her mental health than anything else. This Arby’s really needs some assistance.
